A 3/3 for converted mana cost 5 with a really weak ability. The art is excellent and it fits in nicely with the flavor of the block, but there are much better artifact sacrifice engines out there that reward you even better. One thing this guy has going for him is his ogre creature type, which is somewhat synergistic with the Kamigawa block that followed.

Should have been 3/3 for four or 4/4 for five. No mana in the activation would have been nice, too. I mean, it's hard to make this card good anyway.
