Certainly, except that it states this is a Mono-Artifact. This is the old nomenclature for artifacts which had to be tapped to be activated.

It was used back in 1996. Sure The Deck only had one copy, but it was there.

Funny. The card has always been average. Back in the day, and now too. It never had constructed power, but can always be played in casual decks.

I tried playing this card several times and it just didn't work well for me. I'd like to see how it could work well in another deck but my mana was always better spent elsewhere.
