Why is this card rated so high? To me, anything above a 4 is: Fantastic. This card is ok, IMO.. Maybe even good. But please someone explain to me why 4+ is warranted here..

Guys: It's got a high rating because it used to be a powerhouse. Back in the day, Underworld Dreams was a very strong card. It hasn't aged particularly well, but still, it isn't bad for what it does.
