I made a Captain Sisay EDH and just had to include this. I couldn't leave out her ship. It's not that bad either with a lot of mana. Sometimes you need two legends a turn.

The obvious use of this card is exiling your combo pieces and then slowly getting them. The unobvious use is exiling all other cards and then drawing your combo pieces. You can even run artifact lands to get rid of those.
