Drop Levitation first and watch your opponent cringe. Then again you have better things to do in Blue on turns 4 and 5.

Do not underestimate this card. It gives all nonflying creatures -2/-0. Which is almost like prevent 2 damage dealt by any creature your opponent controls. It's quite hilarious, if you can get multiple copies into play.

Think of it like a double edged version of Cumber Stone with an extra goody attached to it. It can stop lots of those pesky 1/1 tokens from swarming you.

@Cerealboxofdoom

Yes, it's all about time stamps. You swing with a creature. Gravity Well causes it to lose flying. You then give it flying. Since the creature has already gone through the "ok, I'm attacking" phase, gravity well does not re-apply to that creature. Far as I know, the only card that can 'permanently' make a creature lose flying is Gravity Sphere, since it's a constant effect.

I got tired of losing with this in a mostly-flyers control deck, and made a totally flying Spirit aggro deck. It promptly crushed several of my best decks.

Overall, this is really good (at least in casual). I was so proud when Jonathan Sukenik a.k.a. Watchwolf used this in a Standard tourney and this broke the $1.00 mark!
