Did a gatherer search for the worst legendaries in the game, so far I've run into about half of the Legends set. This is the last entry on page 1.

I guess this is why we don't see African elves. They went extinct, probably from unreasonably high metabolic needs.

In arguably one of the worst expansions in magic history, this stood out. If you would just make her P/T appropriate for her cc, and slapped on vigilance, this would be a decent card. Would have to be at least a 6/6 or something equivalent, or lower the casting cost.
