He was made before legendary was invented. A few sets later and he would have been. He wins most games in ME4 limited. I've had people concede as soon as I cast him.

The disparity in rating between cards like Aladdin and newer cards like Master Transmuter is interesting to me.
Especially since most of the time, the complaint about Aladdin is that he is 4 mana for a 1/1 body, when MT is also 4 mana but for a 1/2 body. Not much difference to warrant the huge difference in rating/viability.
