@achilleselbow: i wouldn't say fertile ground is significantly better. rampant growth gets you one more land, while fertile ground makes one of the lands you already have better. It's a trade off. If you're fighting a land destro deck then their first choice is clearly the enchanted land. When they do that, you're out 2 mana as opposed to just one. Also, this would be really stupid of someone but they could always naturalize it.

I prefer shuffling my deck on any opportunity I get. So I prefer this over fertile land.
Also, i don't like sacrificing my lands so I still prefer this over harrow.

This seems a bit weak on it's face at first, but it has two advantages over just putting another land in your deck:
Mana fixing in multi-color decks.
And you can put more than one land into play each turn, utilizing this ability.

Farseek, Harrow and Fertile Ground all have their places in decks. Rampant Growth is still a staple in my decks though. Each of those other cards has a tradeoff, Farseek can fetch non-basic, but Rampant Growth can fetch Forests, Harrow is much more painful when countered, especially early-game and Fertile Ground is susceptible to removal and a potential 2-for-1 for opponents using land destruction.

Nature's Lore is only better if you want Forests or green dual lands. Rampant growth is fast, and gets you lands other than forests without sacrificing. If you don't mind sacrificing and want something other than a forest or green dual, skip Harrow and run Crop Rotation. Harrow is mostly important for its place at the 3 slot in ramp decks.
