Can you blink stuff into the game that were not there when the game began with his +2 ability? For example, after you put Venser on the battlefield, you pull your copy of Phage, the Untouchable from your pocket and exile her, since she is a -permanent- that you -own-. Next turn, put her on the battlefield, have Venser make your creatures unblockable, and proceed to win the game. Is this possible?

He can't protect himself...but as we always see, Planeswalkers are always better than they first appear...

You know what would be awesome? An enchantment or something that says: "You may activate the abilities of planeswalkers on your opponent's turn/as though they were instants." Something Like that.
Hey, it's open design space, it could happen!
More specifically, when applied to Venser it upgrades his first ability for the use of safety blinking.

@Teakon:
Regarding Ball Lightning and Putrefax, they would stay in play if exiled by Venser. Since they aren't on the battlefield at the beginning of the end step, their abilities will not trigger. The delayed trigger for them to return to the battlefield will go on the stack, but when they actually return to the field it is no longer the beginning of the end step. It's too late for their sacrifice abilities to trigger.
