it is perhaps my most favorite card ever. i had a human deck, i opened my first phyrexia pack and got her and a suture priest(foil) took out an accorder paladin and oblivion ring put those two in. i dont lose as much any more.

If you assume that her +/- ability affects her, you can see she's a Priest of herself (Norn) on steroids. And by that, I mean with a +1/+1 counter and without infect. That said, you can estimate her +/- ability costs about 4 mana. As an enchantment, that ability would be game breaking.
