@blindthrall It's better than Millstone if you're running a blue deck already. Same CMC, one fewer cost to tap.

Can't decide if this is better than Millstone. I feel like I need more creatures in that deck to take the heat off my Hedron Crabs, and to power the odd Memory Sluice.

Not sure about constructed, but one of these guys in limited adds up real quick. Combine it with Jace's Erasure, and you are suddenly buring through a 40 card deck in short order.
The 1/2 body helps a lot, as she can chump-block little guys while she's doing her thing.

Love that you can't ping her away in one shot, makes her better than Cathartic Adept right there. By herself, not too impressive. Get two or three of her out and bring the pain.
