It's a tough competition, but I think this might have won "Creepiest Art of the Set".

It's a rather nice removal spell - if you think about it, many early creatures are as good as dead when deprived of senses.

It's 1-mana removal that also makes those huge first-strikers much less intimidating.

Suddenly, that Elite Inquisitor doesn't seem quite as threatening.

This is surprisingly useful:

Mirran Crusader? Shut down!
Spikeshot Elder? Shut down!
Glissa, the Traitor? Shut down!

Use it on Viridian Emissary or Solemn Simulacrum and they can't even put on the pressure.

And if you ever need to clear off some of those 0/X's that you left on their side, Twisted Image will do the job and replace itself to boot.

Don't tell anyone, though; we don't want all of the top 8's to have four of these...

That's okay, I didn't need that sleep anyway...

Rather graphic. Jeez! It's hard to look away. =/

Does it make me a sick person that the first thing I wonder is why the nose and ears didn't get stitched as well?

For one mana though this shuts down many early threats. In limited, Insectile Aberration isn't so scary to face anymore, etc.

I can see myself having willingly run this in just about every blue deck I've drafted in the last few years. Not game breaking, but solid stuff.

The art reminds me of Gaze of Pain
