I was devastated by a guy running a set of these last night at FNM. Harsh.
Insanely unprepared, I was.

I can't see how this card is rated lower than a 4. It is an insane beast that can control the board by itself. Wonderful art to boot.

How to design a mythic: Throw a bunch of stuff onto a card, regardless of rhyme or reason. Make it cost 2 mana less than it should. Voila!

I dont like when magic becomes pay to win. You get a rare in every booster, which you paid 4 dollars for. All rares should be created equal but they are not.
As a matter of fact, you spend 4 dollars for a pack that's most likely worth 50 cents. Some people buy booster packs, others by scratch off tickets. Same difference.

I like this guy, because you get the most use out of him by having him transform back and forth. All the other werewolves are just best if they stay flipped.

I have to seriously disagree with those who say this card has anti-synergy with Immerwolf. Au contraire, if he hits the field when Immerwolf is in play, then you just got yourself a 3/3 wolf token, and if he flips, you now have a 5/5 trampler. Made worse is that often times your opponent will now be forced to decide which of the two is the bigger threat.
I realize that some people think flipping him back and forth is the best strategy but honestly exploiting his etb trigger is just super inefficient. Playing two spells a turn to flip him back and then wasting a turn or Moonmist to flip him again is an extremely unreliable strategy.
