Better next to Liliana of the Dark Realms actually. Can be a T6 14/14 flying attacker in the best case (ish), or at least a T6 5/5 flyer, which is enough for limited.

Milun, that's actually an INTERESTING thing to discuss about this card lol!
I'm going to take the other side, though- did you not see Batman Begins? Perhaps this is all fog, not really much light at all? Gotham City was very dark, so badly so you couldn't see anything!
Alright, so *actual* black-hole level lightlessness is not something we find in nature very often....there is some source, I guess of light. My best guess is that you might notice the magic illumination around the eyes of this, and many, other creatures? And other such auras could easily be the pale source of light that is caught by the fog bank that rises from the Swamp and Bog and THUS creates this strange cloud of occluding vapor!
In fact, even though with all these Magical Creatures emitting little auras into the night, this hour of night is obviously the most impossible to see in! What is there to watch in Gotham City? There's plenty to HEAR- shout... (see all)

The quote on the card is from Sedva, Captain of the Watch. Is that perhaps referring to the card "Captain of the Watch" if so I suppose we now know her name.

Over costed card... Shades are usually one of my favourite creature types... This is not my favourite shade...
