As someone who has gotten blown out by Sea God's Revenge and Journey's End, don't underestimate bounce in Theros limited.

By going on the library and not the hand this results in no card disadvantage and can permanently remove an enchantment.

I know it's an instant, but I think I'd still use Time Ebb over this. Though, neither are very good 'cept in Limited. Especially this Limited where removal is scarce.
