This card is pretty underrated. I've seen He Who Hungers put to pretty good use and he's a 5 mana 3/2. This effect is pretty solid.

I'm actually a little disappointed at the lack of utility that this card will give Vraska's deck. Of all her cards, only four of them will benefit from having creatures sacrificed. That's far fewer than I had expected from a deck in Golgari colours.
For those who're curious, the four cards are Sadistic Augermage, Tragic Slip, Festerhide Boar, and Reaper of the Wilds. The Reaper is the only one on the list who will enjoy repeated activiations, but she's definitely an excellent card all around.
I should also note that Treasured Find is the only card in Vraska's entire deck that allows you to recover resources from your graveyard, so be careful with what you're throwing away; it might not be easy to get back again.
