Hard to destroy something that keeps changing form. Your opponent tries to Lightining Bolt it, bam! It's an enchantment. Your opponent then tried to Naturalize it, bam! It's a creature again.

Tapped, flipped, etc. are statuses. They persist on a creature until something changes it (like the untap step). Just because it's an enchantment doesn't mean it can't be tapped.

I'm surprised this doesn't have any rulings. I imagine this would cause some headache-inducing interactions if anyone actually used Licids. Also, does it stay tapped when it becomes an enchantment? If you immediately turn it back into a creature again, does it come back untapped?
