Of all the 1 for 3 cost drops (Giant Growth,Time Walk, Lightning Bolt, & Dark Ritual) this is the absolute worst. Very underpowered compared to the others.

The crappiest of the cycle. It can counter a lightning bolt or possibly giant growth, thats about it.
