It's a monster in casual, great in extended - and personally I'm not too bothered about current standard performance.

As good as it is in Extended, it's simply unplayable in today's Standard environment.

How can something be bad in standard and good in extended? extended contains everything in standard within it...

Biggest new art win for wizards...so rare for them to reprint a truly functional card from the first years of magic with an appropriate facelift.
