its made for graveyard decks. people who are trying to think around that fact are quite stupid to use this in standard.

Between this guy and his little brother, self-mill decks got a lot of love in the Innistrad block. Not only do these guys mill on entry, but they also provide solid blockers for slowing down those ever-present aggro decks.

Remember! Even if you mill over one of these guys, it still counts as a creature. Do your best to make sure your spells have Flashback, and you'll be milling yourself card advantage in no time.

This guy may not be flashy, but he's the glue that holds his decktype together, and that kind of synergy deserves respect. Excellent design.
