@Guest
Innistrad has a ton of enchantment removal because of the new, powerful enchantments the block introduced, the Curses.
Of course, some of the normal enchantments are quite powerful as well.

Really digging the flavor of this and Ancient Grudge. White gets enchantment removal, Red gets artifact removal, and Green gets both. Nice to see mechanics reflected so cleverly.

The flashback has totally saved me against Barren Glory before.

GUYS! The same argument that has been used advocating Ancient Grudge applies to this card. It's a 2 for 1, and gives decks that would not otherwise have real answers, instant speed answers. Works well against any decks that heavily relies on oblivion rings,detention spheres, or Bonds of Faith/Pacifism to survive. Also insane against enchantress (like ancient grudge against affinity good) if that deck ever becomes playable. With how amazing detention sphere and o-ring are in this format, this card is criminally underplayed in the G/W sideboard. Any deck that relies on some sort of combo w/ enchantments (Splinter Twin + Inquisitor Exarch, Seizmic Assault + Life from the Loam, Battle of Wits) or if your opponent has enchantments that win the game on it's ow... (see all)

This wasn't printed for standard, it was printed for limited.

EDIT: Yes, in hindsight that was a little dumb to say as a new player a year ago, but now I realize how useful this card is in many matchups. Still, not that good, as I would only ever sideboard this. Also back then, the metagame wasn't being overrun by Invisible Stalkers and ethereal armors

After the reprint of Ancient Grudge, this was obvious. Not quite as powerful in the current metagame, but still damn good. Erase is a better option for Rancor, but this hits almost everything else. 4.5/5

Awesome. Oh, and also I like the flavor text. Kind of creepy, but awesome.

Card is a solid 2 for 1 spell. Not everydeck runs enchantments so your call if you want to mainboard this, but its a safe bet in the sideboard.

Good choice for EDH.
