The ability requires a tap, so in most cases you'd need to tap five lands for that effect to fire. You can, of course, uses mana creature to speed it up but that's still four mana + the land tap and a creature to draw one card. I don't think an activate cost of 1BG is too much to ask for.

Really expensive for what it does. My Glissa Commander deck likes sacrifice outlets, but not ones that technically cost me 5 mana. I'd rather cast something that would impact my board or, you know, be fun.

in this color combination, one gets the feeling you could call drawing a card the cost and gettting to sacrifice a creature the reward. :p
G/B/U is going to rape Standard. I'm still calling it. Been calling it since Innistrad, and Dark Ascension appears to be trying to put out the fire with gasoline.
