Same cost as Strangling Soot, sort of. Expensive yes, but card advantage is card advantage, and Grixis Control is a thing.

I kinda like this card, even though it sucks. I dunno. two shocks on one card is cool, but it's just too pricy and inefficient.

Oh yes, Geistflame is a total bomb but this is just completely unusable.
