4/27/2018	Skizzik's ability checks at each end step whether it was kicked while it was being cast. You don't have to pay its kicker cost each turn (and can't do so, even if you really want to kick it again).
11/8/2024	If a spell's kicker cost was paid, the spell is "kicked."
11/8/2024	The kicker ability doesn't let you pay a kicker cost more than once.
