Words of Wind and Azorius Æthermage in multi-player. Try to draw a card, pay 1, all players bounce a card back to their hand, pay 2, all players bounce a card back to their hand, and continue.
You can also use her in W/U Ninjas to draw each time you use their ability.

A little narrow to be able to build around, but she can end up being pretty usable if you do. Not sure it would be worth it though, unless you wanted to break Master Transmuter even further.

oboro breezecaller may actually have a purpose in this game after all. Along with the rest of the soratami... To a lesser degree.
Use her, the breezecaller, and azorius chancery and a bit of land acceleration. That could be the shell of a deck. Although... perhaps not. Worth trying though.
