A vanilla 3/3 for 4 -> basic
A 2/2 flier for 4 -> bad
A 1/6 defender for 4 -> bad
Add the fact that this is RARE, and it becomes REALLY BAD, even with the possibility to choose from basic, bad and bad, and the fact that being colorless this card is "playable" in any deck.
