Only usefull if the creatures you are killing are big, defensive creatures (like wall of stone a 0/8). Or lords/mana producers, that have low power but really help your opponents field overall.

I agree with Tommy9898, for weenies this is far to expensive. The fact that you can bring this back is pretty amazing, it is just is too much mana for weenies though.
