So this could end up being, and probably will most likely be, a 2/2 flyer for 2. Nice. Although by my moral, upstanding character, I am obliged to say that it strictly worse than Storm Crow.

This is just a solid card, basically.
The theme of having multiple creatures with Blue is a departure from the norm though, this almost feels like a green or white ability.

Stormcrow is vastly inferior due to this creature's types. As a faerie soldier this can go in a number of decks. (I knew you were being sarcastic. But still, I just had to say)

Better than the other cohorts, except maybe the kithkin one. It's not often one could get a 2/2 flyer for two in blue. Doesn't make it good per se, but still...
