Very expensive.
I used to play Wind Dancer with a little satisfaction, but this card seems very hard to play.

Oh, random old cards that I didn't even know existed. And yet, this is a pretty simple and effective design that I wouldn't be too surprised to see printed today. I'd expect slightly more impressive stats, like a 2/3 with a 1U activation cost instead of 1UU, but it makes a fine uncommon. Then again, we just recently saw Chasm Drake at common as a beefier and more expensive version, and with no activation cost; but it only brings one guy along for the ride. I think they found the even simpler design with the Drake, but in the right format with the right 
flavor, I think this design could make it to cardboard again.
An interesting thing to note, though, flavor-wise, is that the flavor text, the concept of an efreet, and the art (if I'm interpreting it correctly) all suggest that the creature in question would be doing something negative to whatever it's targeting, rathe... (see all)
