It stops your creatures from attacking too. What hellbent strategies are non-combat?
It could be nice with Bottled Cloister though. Free to attack on your turn, opponents aren't so much.

I LOVE this card in my self-mill deck. It has especially awesome synergy with Psychatog since it only has one power.
So with an empty hand, you can draw, attack with Psychatog, then discard for +1/exile from the graveyard, leaving no cards in your hand.
Also works well with Organ Grinder since it deals damage indirectly.

Stops Sneak Attack/ Show and Tell
in *any* deck.
Being that that is one of the most power decks in legacy, it's pretty good. It also slows tarmogoyfs and other problem critters, while being absurdly comboable. (such as with null brooch, which was a thing..)
