Back when Goblins were all 1/1s or 2/1s, this was the best Goblin to bring into play with Goblin Lackey or Goblin Wizard.

Cute card, could work in a BR or UR deck with plenty of -1/0's going all over the place and removal in general to keep the battlefield clean.

But it's a lot of work for a relatively mediocre card.
