Worse than a bunch of regenerate cards, but it's cheap and easy. If you have a way to hunt for said revived card, you're set.

Maybe good in EDH with a lot of recursion, but otherwise it's just an old card with colorful art.

Soldevi Digger + Thawing Glaciers + Army Ants = old school land destruction nighmare. Also I used this combo in classic control decks, a great way to pull out the lands of your deck, replace the desired spells and keep everything shuffled up.

I play this in EDH as part of a Sunforger toolbox.
Play Sunforger, equip it, cast a red or white instant with CMC<4 of your choice from your library, then use Soldevi Digger to put that instant on the bottom of your library, rinse and repeat as mana allows.
Normally, spot removal like Swords to Plowshares is only ok in an EDH setting, but if you can use it again and again and again...

Use with Demonic Consultation to remove your library from the game, then repeatedly redraw a particular card which you want to use over and over.
