The 3 and under creatures you would want to use a removal on consist mainly of Nighthawk and some of the lords (Goblin Chieftain, Elvish Archdruid, Captain of the Watch, etc.) But hey, that's why we have Puncturing Light! I'd take this over that any day though.

I find that this has become much more useful now that Power-of-Five decks are common.

Nice. I'd rather have STP, but this is decent white removal.

Standard temperature and pressure is overrated. I'd actually prefer above-standard temperature and this card. Only problem is that some really annoying creatures have less-than-four power (I'll kill you one day, Vampire Nighthawk!), but this is quite cheap, instantaneous, and has no downside.
