Just the turn. Why would it add it permanently? That just...doesn't make sense. It's like Dark Ritual, Songs of the Damned, Burnt Offering. Adding a swamp and adding B are different.

But Bog Witch also need B to activate it, so you're only really getting BB out of it. I think this guy is great.
Play him turn 3, wait, then next turn you've got six B ready to use. This card is veeery black, and i love it. Black these days is just kill, kill, kill, rather than "Power for a Price". This is a good card.

Get this in play by turn 3 with Bladewing the Risen and another Dragon X in your hand. And on turn 4 you've got 2 Scary Dragons. Perhaps a bit situational but if youve got 4 of these cards in a Dragon deck with two Bladewings, that opening hand is not that unlikely.

Use this guy in a deck with necromancies, zombifies, and a bunch of eldrazi.
turn three i drop this guy, then sac and discard a pathrazer and use the three b to play a necromancy on the eldrazi in the graveyard

While Bog Witch is reusable, each has it's uses.
This for example, you can dark ritual in turn 1 and then use it to chuck your reanimator beatstick/control into you yard if it happens to be in your opening hand and then proceed to reanimate it with the mana.

This card is just funny in blue/black if you can get Tamiyo, the Moon Sage's emblem. Return the discard, return apprentice, pay for apprentice with the mana he generated. Still working on what this loop can power, but for now it's just funny.
