I always wondered why he was dressed in a hospital gown, but then it struck me: what better way to get close to someone then if they think you are a doctor? you are allowed to do just about anything or prescribe any sort of drugs and the patient doesn't expect to understand it. When he dies you can clam it was some sort of complication and everyone will believe you. You can even make it look like the death was natural. While this does not work the best with the flavortext, it is the only reason i can think of that allows this guy, trained in stealth and such, to be dressed in such an obvious outfit.
About the card, this guy is amazing. When untapped he will highly discourage any attackers, as he can kill before they assign damage. Also, any ability that requires tapping automatically becomes single use, as while he cannot kill them fast enough to negate the use, he can kill them before they do it again. One of, if not the, best cards in the history of the game. Has dominated many of my opponents for well over a decade now. Future 1st bid hall of famer for sure!
