It's a Metathran pride parade!
What really makes this card is the 'any number' functionality. Like Proliferate, it gives you selective control with no additional cost per target, something rarely seen in magic.

Cantrip makes it nice. Probably neat with intimidate if you want something mundane. Makes things mono-colored as well; which is occasionally useful. (I say this on top of the other color hosing things this can do)

"Any number of target creatures" + "draw a card" makes this a really sweet Heroic enabler. Target your whole army, get all their heroic triggers, and draw a card all for two mana.
