Though if you only play blue and white, they're of equal value. But then both are inferior to Sejiri Refuge.

In a blue white EDH deck it is good to have this and the Refuge and you can't even play the Alara tri-land, so this isn't without use.

Also has very pretty art.

Unfortunately this is now strictly worse than not only Sejiri Refuge but Azorius Guildgate because of the "Gate" subtype.

But hey, if you're just going for the colors, this way you can run three of these in an EDH deck.
