Great for control decks. with all the drawing in blue, this is a great card, and no blue mage runs outa mana, so byebye creatures, and your planeswalkers, get two turns of peace, probably more... especially with creatures that have aura's on them, or lvl up counters... still... i wish it did say permanent... then it could be, "Bye bye creatures and mister Gideon!" But blue can handle planeswalkers. its actually pretty easy, i LOVE regress... any ways.... yeah. about the card 4.85/5

I don't know that turning all the cards in my hand into unsummon is the way to go. Especially at a 5mana drop, UX TAP cost. Maybe if it were "target permanent" and/or no tapping required.
