This is actually viable sideboard material, thanks to its low cost. Of course, if the opponent's deck isn't mono-blue, their off-color creatures will stop your enchanted guy in a heartbeat.

This is nothing. Why? Because blue has bounce and this doesn't give protection. Blue Ward at least ment that they had to bounce the ward before they can bounce the creature, but not here. Bad card.
