Not too terrible, oddly enough...the ability to power herself up for just one mana after a spell (yours included...the blade kills something and you get a bigger creature) is nice.
Sadly, she won't be reprinted for some unknown reason...

Not really.
Really underpowered, even though it can perma-buff itself. I mean, I might consider running this in my playgroup which does multiplayer with a lot of black around, but if I'm saying might in that case, most of everyone else is just saying no in their groups.

First strike when attacking is REALLY interesting. You want your players to be able to block, but you'd rather they attack.
