4 CMC would be enough for this 3/3 flier that only has pro-green going for it, even if two of those mana have to be blue.

Even though Mirage was being developed before Magic was even released, it took close to four years for this - the first creature with built-in protection from green - to be printed.

pro-green on blue fliers is really useful - smaller for less is better but still not bad
