Might want to put this in my 5 color changeling deck. Colorless is always valued there and the effect would look pretty nice on a Chameleon Colossus.

Pulled one of these in a Spanish pack of Visions cards. I think I'm gonna have to build a proliferate deck around these monsters. Proliferate and Modular, perhaps. Gonna be great fun in casual.

The wording on the original version of this card is so odd ("...and attacking does not cause that creature to tap.")

You can see how they were starting to realize that one, they wanted a way to easily put creature types on artifact creatures; and two, they needed to keyword Vigilance. Took them a while after this, though.

I used to have a Chimera deck. I was young and would sacrifice the creatures right away to make my big unstoppable creature. Looking back, I think they would have benefited from the modular effect (when the creature dies it gives all of its +2/+2 counters as well).
