You know a card is just plain Awesome when the FNM Promo Art (which is usually fine, and even is in this case too) is considered the lesser art, and nobody's really complaining because....THIS CARD! VALUE! I LIKE IT! ANOTHER! (*flashes it back*)

I'm sure I'll get voted down for this...this card is or was obviously very strong in standard, but people keep putting it in Legacy decks and it's honestly not good enough.
You can watch tons of MTGO games on Youtube. In every single one of them, (no literally EVERY SINGLE ONE), Lingering Souls does nothing but put out some overcosted 1/1 tokens that put little-to-no pressure on the opponent or end up chump blocking en route to a loss.
Take Lingering Souls out of your Legacy decks.
