A very classic dragon. Not amazing by itself, but you can put some serious beef on the table to accompany it, and whatever you resurrect will benefit from Bladewing's ability. Very powerful.

Question.. If Zodiac dragon goes to your graveyard and you summon Bladewing during that phase, would his ability overstep Zod's, thus returning him to the battlefield instead of your hand??

Technically, if you Flash in Bladewing The Risen, he's sacrificed during spell resolution, before the ability triggers. Then, when you put his reanimation ability on the stack, he's already in the graveyard so he can target himself. So, Flash him in, sac him, he gets himself back in and then triggers to bring something else back with him.
