Amounts to "you have protection from flying" in limited, but six mana is jut too much.

Why isn't this a spider? But I guess it looks like some freakish tree-armadillo more than anything else, with a horse's head to boot.

Playable in a beast tribal deck if you're really worried about big flyers and have a limited selection of cards. I'd take a Spitting Gourna before using it though or better yet a Towering Indrik for 4 mana. You want to put something big and stompy out for 6 mana.
