Not that useful. Regeneration is much better in different places that are more than one use.

Powercreep has not treated morph well. Who has the time to put 3 mana into a 2/2, hoping it has a chance to have some effect? Too bad, because cards like this just scream fun combat tricks. Here's to hoping we see it again (it was futuresighted after all). Just hope they have lands/lords that decrease the mana cost or it will be a fairly boring set.
