Part of a cycle in Legions later reprinted in Tenth Edition:

White: Windborn Muse
Blue: Dreamborn Muse
Black: Graveborn Muse
Red: Lavaborn Muse
Green: Seedborn Muse

I find this an oddball kind of card. It mills indirectly, and encourages opponents to empty their hands for fear of being milled. I suppose you can use stuff like Prosperity to make players draw a lot, but this also runs the risk of giving them the answers they need to derail your strategy. Nowadays something like Jace's Erasure lets you have your cake and eat it too.

Kind of backwards in that it doesn't really fit typical {U} flavour, although I could see it in a {U}{B} mill deck, it could also be used in an aggro style deck alongside Bloodchief Ascension...deal 2 damage to your opponent each upkeep will really hurt.

Great when you are playing against discard or a deck where you have no hand, works best though when your oppent has Spellbook and a readiculused size hand.
