I like this card. It's designed to suck next to Felwar Stone, and there needs to be a curve to show how awesome the stone is.

This... this is awesome. It's like a colourless Rampant Growth. How is this not seeing play? It can't make you a colour you don't have sure, but it sure helps if you're struggling on a colour. And it's technically ramp!

It still helps you hit the 4 mana drop on turn 3, and it can help hit those double casting costs when you only got 1 island or whatever. Not bad.

@psychicobo This saw no play in Standard because much better options existed for all colors (e.g. Izzet Signet.) Wizards has decided not to give two-mana acceleration to any color but green, I think the last one was Sphere of the Suns. If this were printed today, it would definitely have seen play, if only to enable turn 3 Supreme Verdict without having to go Bant.
