A boring shadow creature. Its still a 3/1 unblockable for 3. Which is saying something at this time. There are ways of dealing with it, but aside from removal not too many players pack anti-shadow or even shadow creatures. Not as good as the dauthi warlord, knight or slayer though. But good nevertheless with Dauthi Warlord in block.

With Dark Ritual on turn one this is a real clock that can't be Terrored.

Well, that thing is powerful. A 3 power unblockable normally costs around 5 mana, and you get it here for just three. And that as a comman. And it's immune to a lot of blacks removal.
