This wasnt reprinted as Tower of Calamities, its part of a 4 card cycle. The flavor is there, but the effect is lacking.
Tower of Fortunes Blue
Tower of Eons White
Tower of Murmurs Black
Tower of Calamities simply completed the cycle by being the red tower.

Almost definitely mono-green, but the parallels are there.
